The Bow Valley HC 15U AAA squad came out firing and never looked back, overwhelming the Langley HA team with a relentless offensive attack en route to a decisive 6-2 victory. From the opening puck drop, Bow Valley established control, outshooting Langley 18-10 in the first period alone. The visitors capitalized on an early power play, as Beckam Brodeur opened the scoring just 27 seconds after a Langley penalty, assisted by Elliott Irwin and Dominik Valta. Bow Valley's top line of Irwin and Valta continued to terrorize Langley's defense, setting up Valta for an even-strength marker and then Erik Rosvold for what would stand as the game-winning goal, all before the first period was halfway over. Milan Liptaj added a fourth before the intermission, leaving Langley in a deep hole.
Langley showed signs of life in the second period, largely thanks to the efforts of Tanner Chahal. On a power play of their own, Chahal buried a shot set up by Xavier Wellard and Jeremy Beck to get Langley on the board. However, any momentum was quickly snuffed out when Bow Valley's Elliott Irwin answered just over a minute later, completing a three-point night for himself. Chahal struck again on the power play late in the period for his second of the game, with helpers from Kanta Gojsic and Theodore Kim, but Langley still trailed 5-2 heading into the final frame. The game was a penalty-filled affair, with both teams combining for ten minors, but Bow Valley's special teams and even-strength dominance proved too much to handle.
The third period saw Bow Valley comfortably protect their lead, limiting Langley's chances and adding an empty-net goal from Radim Javurek to seal the 6-2 final. While Langley's Mason Guiel faced a barrage of 47 shots in the loss, Bow Valley's Daniel Nielsen was credited with the win in a game where detailed goaltending stats were not tracked, but the sheer volume of shots told the story of Bow Valley's offensive command. The victory was a full-team effort for the visitors, with Dominik Valta racking up three assists and their power play proving lethal, while Langley's Tanner Chahal provided a bright spot with his two-goal performance in the losing effort.
